Ten floors and twelve extraordinary residences in the very heart of downtown New York City.

Eighty East Tenth is a ten-story boutique condominium developed by Parametric Development Group and designed by NAVA. It is located at the intersection of some of New York City’s most vibrant neighborhoods and offers a limited collection of exclusive residences of generous proportions and gracious layouts. Its contemporary design and enviable address create the opportunity for the ultimate downtown lifestyle.

Eighty East Tenth and its contemporary architecture is inspired by the neighborhood’s eclectic heritage and adds new momentum to its future. Metal impressions dot the building’s façade in curving patterns while the abundance of light through floor to ceiling windows provide transparency and lightness. Every inch, every detail is the result of a leading edge aesthetic vision, thoughtful planning and impeccable execution.

A modern mark in an iconic location.

“Eighty East Tenth Street sits at the heart of a historically significant stretch of Fourth Avenue formerly known as Book Row, once the center of the rare and antique book trade in America. Inspired by this unique history, NAVA began an intensive creative process of transforming and expressing the written word into a physical pattern on the building’s façade. The resulting metal surface features a circular grid pattern of discreet concave and convex impressions which make each panel a distinct manifestation of the neighborhood's rich heritage.”

Lobby and Garden

The building’s entry wall is designed as a recessed continuation of the façade. Inside, a visually soothing, lush ground floor garden provides depth and light. In the lobby, residents are greeted with rich, natural materials such as custom designed poured terrazzo flooring, a leather detailed concierge desk, hardwood paneling and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the garden to be explored.

The private garden features artwork by Brooklyn based sculptor, John Clement. The design of this site-specific work evokes a sense of centrifugal motion via its curvilinear form. Residents may also enjoy the beautifully landscaped, furnished rooftop terrace and its breath-taking views of the New York City skyline.
